Again One Mars Project, funded by the Dutch entrepreneur Bas Lansdorp, which is to send humans to the Red Planet, Mars, to colonize this planet continues to surprise us. The innovative and new, is that 40 candidates were selected this year, which plans to bring this group by 2022 only 4 people which would be arriving at the Red Planet by 2023, then four other candidates would be traveling for the year 2025. Of these four people 2 be men and the other 2 will be women. Which in the years to be trained, 8 to be exact, learn to repair habitat structures, grow vegetables in small spaces, learn to treat routine medical situations and serious, such as dental conservation, muscle tears and bone fractures.
Returning to note that the idea of this project is to conduct a Realiy Show, which is forwarding all the activity live performing candidates for various media, which will have exclusive rights and transmission, being sponsors them. Remember the Jim Carrey movie? A company which filmed from conception, birth, growth, marriage Live character, as a kind of TV show. Something similar will happen, but travelers to Mars, the mighty men who are lucky enough to participate in this project. We can imagine that the transmission of this kind of program will last for years.
But there are doubts on the Web with those who still remain skeptical with this kind of event, will there be enough money to maintain, sustain and give life to this project? The first investment only cost about six billion dollars, which we think that part of this money furnish the employer, and the rest will have to get it from different multinational companies, television networks, etc.., At least I have the advertisements or cuts commercial. But what company will be able to make its money for this purpose? Still unknown is we're still in 2013, just missing a decade.
Now, finally, what was not mentioned before that there is a registration fee or participation depending on nationality, for example, to natural persons in the United States, the cost is about $ 38, but for the natural of Mexico l cost is only about $ 15. (1) Why the difference? There are legal issues that need to be discussed and clarified, we should ask what the cost to people of Latin America right?
One possible answer to this difference is that the company sets the price this employer depending on the gross domestic product, or GDP, in each country, as stated by Bas Lansdorp said, "... wanted it to be high enough so that people have to really think about it and low enough for anyone to be able to pay ...
