Our planet is subject to its dynamism which makes earthquakes of varying magnitude occur whose dependence is due to the depth or proximity to the surface of Hipocentro, nature and characteristics of the soil and / or groundwater. But can we predict?

Science has shown us so far not predict earthquakes, but rather, predecessor signals to an earthquake of great intensity. The lights in the sky before an earthquake is a sign of this type. The ancients associated changes in atmospheric conditions with an earthquake. Even some time ago they said that earthworms were characterized by odd behavior days before an earthquake occurs. What we can say is that seismology besides relying on measuring instruments like seismometers, relies on certain methods or techniques that have not yet been proven 100% by science, but which are still used in some today.

The novelty is that now being used as toads show a strange behavior days before an earthquake happens. The explanation for this is that this kind of toad leaves the place where the brood for shelter somewhere safe.

In addition, it was determined in a study of the Geological Society of London, that the behavior of toads matched disturbances in the ionosphere and upper atmosphere electromagnetic layer of the Earth, detected by very low frequency radio: (1) issues that are related to seismic activity and our blog claims these relationships.

Definitely imagine that this new method to "predict before the occurrence of a earthquake "will significantly help in studies and Seismology further analysis, at least science explain otherwise, human beings will have to adjust na such instruments; remember that animals are susceptible to changes in its environment, an impractical but significantly important indicator. Task for scientists and geophysicists find tools, methods or techniques that help in predicting earthquakes.
